RosesAndSweets.com delivers flowers and gifts Philippine-wide from anywhere on the planet. So no matter how busy you are, you can keep in touch with your friends and family with a gift from the heart. All you need is access to this website, http://www.RosesAndSweets.com.

Parts of Philippines are particularly remote and may require special delivery arrangements to be made. If you are in any doubt, either contact us beforehand or send your order online anyway as we cover over 99% of the population without difficulty and will contact you if we expect or encounter any problems. We will let you know immediately if an order requires special delivery arrangements that could lead to a delay.

All orders are subject to a delivery charge:
Metro Manila flat delivery charge is USD 4.99*
Provincial flat delivery charge is USD 7.99*
> > If the delivery address is far from our courier office (for provincial delivery) or not covered for delivery, recipient needs to pick up the item from our advised courier office. Recipient or buyer will be notified of the advisory. Shipping charge will still be required whether it's for pick up or for delivery since we ship item to the recipient's nearest courier office. Exact time of delivery may not be possible since none of our couriers commit  it.

Delivery Dates
RosesAndSweets.com can deliver from Mondays to Sundays, as well as special occasions such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, New Year's Day, Christmas Day, etc.

Delivery Times
Home deliveries are normally made between the hours of 10am and 6pm Mondays to Sundays.
Deliveries to business addresses can be made between 10am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.
While we are unable to deliver at specific times, you are welcome to request either an AM or PM delivery.
Provincial Delivery - Exact time of delivery may not be possible since none of our couriers commit  it.

Hospital Deliveries
Please make sure that the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery so as not to make any inconvenience.

Funerals
We understand that when it comes to an occasion such as a funeral, your floral arrangement needs to be delivered at a specific time.  When placing an order for a funeral you will be asked for the time of the funeral, rest assured we will do our best to meet your demand.

All Other Occasions
If you would prefer your order to be delivered in the am or pm, you can include this information in the special instructions section of the order form.

Please note, we are unable to guarantee delivery at specific hours of the day. Remember, if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us directly.

To ensure your delivery is made on the same day as you place the order, please place your order before 1pm, or you may be disappointed with your delivery time options. (For M.Manila only).

Re-Delivery
If in advent you have given us a wrong address we are more than willing to redeliver your order with an additional $10.00 delivery charge. Our courier and delivery team has FULL rights to deliver to anyone aside from recipient at the specified delivery address. It is often that recipient may not be available at said address but any person at the said address can accept the item and sign the delivery receipt.

Delaying Factors
Delivery time guarantee will be suspended during extreme weather condition such as typhoon, heavy rain, etc. Incomplete shipping address might cause delay of delivery too! If your recipient's address is incorrect, item will not be delivered and no refund will be made. RosesAndSweets.com reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.
