Q. Do we have to pay anything extra on the prices mentioned for delivery?
Mostly, we offer fixed delivery charge for the flowers and gift items. For Metro Manila delivery it's USD$5.99 and for Provincial delivery it's USD$9.99. However, appliances, furniture, some decorated cakes, and some other items require additional delivery charge depending on the weight, location of delivery, etc.
Q. What are the various payment options?
We accept all major credit cards. The most efficient form of payment is by credit card, as validation and funds are managed in real time it ensures your order is processed in the quickest possible time frame. We also accept payments thru PayPal - the safer, easier way to pay. If you don't have a credit card/PayPal account - no worries. Contact us, tell us what gift, greetings card message, let us know how you would like to pay and as soon as we have received payment we will dispatch the gift.
Q. How much time it takes for delivery?
Gifts should be ordered at least 48 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery. We also can accomodate orders for same-day delivery for Metro Manila areas or next-day delivery for Provincial given orders we receive catched our cut-off time for ordering.
Q. Can we send greeting cards along with the gift?
Yes, greeting card is FREE with every gift ordered. You should send us the message you have to put on the greeting card upon ordering.
Q. Are there any specific days of delivery?
We deliver as per your instructions. 7 days a week / 365 days a year EVEN holidays. Just specify the date and we shall do the rest.
Q. Are the flowers & chocolates fresh?
We source items from the best in town. RosesAndSweets.com provides you with a Return or Exchange Policy if the recipient of your gift is not satisfied for a valid reason.
Q. Can we order you the customized gifts?
Yes. We can execute an order of a customized gift. Just email us your requirements. It can be a corporate gift or general gift.
Q. I am worried about identity thefts. Do you take every possible measure to ensure that it doesn't happen?
Q. How do I proceed once I have decided what to send?
Once you have decided the floral arrangement or any gift items you want to send, tick on the "I agree" checkbox and click the "ADD TO CART" button and then you can fill the recipient and your details and payment details. You get to review the details before submitting it for payment.
Q. How can I give my friends a box of chocolates with gifting flowers?
We give add-ons in product details page and you could choose items like 1pc rose, chocolates, and soft toys to go along with flowers.
Q. Can I specify that I want to send a small bouquet of white flowers to my friend?
Yes, you may specify the size for all bouquets and for roses colors, too. This can be done in the special instructions section of the checkout page. We will try to deliver as per your request but we do not guarantee it.
Q. Do you have flowers that are appropriate for different occasions?
We have flower gifts that are ideal for occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, birthdays, and anniversaries. We also have flower gifts that are appropriate for home flower arrangements, funerals, for thanking someone, and for get-well situations.
Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellation should be made atleast 5 days before the delivery date you specified so that full refund will be given to you.
Q. How do I know what is happening to my order?
Easy, once your order has been placed, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order details. We will keep you up to date with the status of your order by emailing you at each step of the process. Once the gift has been dispatched, we will send you the delivery confirmation. All delivery confirmations will be sent via email.
Q. How do I order more than 1 item to a single address?
Click ADD button of your preferred item and click CONTINUE SHOPPING and choose your other item and click ADD button again, if you wish to order more, please click CONTINUE SHOPPING again and shop. Finally click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button and go ahead with your order.
