Returns or Substitutions
While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items ordered. Please note that due to seasonal availability, certain arrangements may vary in variety and color. Due to seasonal availability and certain climatic conditions, substitutions may have to be made. Similar flowers of equal or greater value will always be used to maintain quality and impact.
If customer not satisfied with item for a valid reason, item may be replaced if recipient can send back the item as delivered within 3 working days, but cannot be refunded. Items cannot be exchanged with any other item.
We will surely replace the item if you can inform us within 24 hours upon delivery of your items if :
- Faulty items.
- Items damaged in transit.
Faulty or incorrect item received
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily replace it for you. The complete item(s) (including all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging etc) must be returned within 3 working days after delivery, but again cannot be refunded.
Perishable goods
We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods.
Cancellations or Refunds
RosesAndSweets.com guarantees the quality and value of every order. If you are unhappy with your order for a valid reason please contact us as early as possible to resolve the issue.
To help you refund an order, we have developed some simple and easy to follow guidelines:
- If the order is canceled by the customer 5 days before the delivery date, customer will get full refund.
- If the order is canceled by the customer 3 days before the delivery date, customer will get refund of 50% of the total amount.
- If the order is canceled by the customer less than 3 days before the delivery date, no refund will be made.
